Certainly it’s better to eat it than think about it, but I am getting a little nervous given the declining population of wild fish. Theoretically, sushi should be a sustainable food. If you live inland then you could get your sushi from stocked rivers and lakes and on the coast we could raise fish in sustainable ways. I have to look into this a little more, but it seems possible.
